No. 276, 1891, Sess. II.—Petition of Hera Puna and 7 Others.
Petitioners allege that the purchase of Te Kauri Block, Whitianga District, Mercury Bay, was not completed. They claim that a balance amounting to £333 is still due, and pray that that sum may be handed over to them.
I have the honour to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make in connection with this petition.

E ki ana nga kai-pitihana kihai i whakaotia te hoko o te Kauri Poraka i roto i te Takiwa o Whitianga, Mercury Bay, ko nga moni kihai i ea a e takoto tarewa nei e £333 a e inoi ana ratou kia utua aua moni ki a ratou.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei: Kahore he kupu a te Komiti mo runga i tenei tono.
