[No. 383, 1892.—Petition of Pouwharetapu Tuirirangi and Another.]

No. 383, 1892.—Petition of Pouwharetapu Tuirirangi and Another.

Petitioners allege that a piece of land called "Papanui," which was reserved by them when the sale of the Okarioi Block was effected, has been taken possession of by Europeans; they pray for relief.

I have the honour to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.
