No. 37, 1891, Sess. II.—Petition of John Rochfort.
Petitioner prays for compensation for an alleged injustice done him in connection with the contract for surveying the Ohura South Block, Taranaki and Auckland Districts.
I am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion that this petition should not have come before them. They therefore recommend that the same should be referred back to the Petitions Classification Committee.
