No. 214, 1889. —Petition of Kahui Kararehe (No. 1).

Petitioner prays that the restrictions may he removed from certain sections in Block No. 2, Opunake, as he wishes to sell some of the land.

I am directed to report as follows: That, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.
