No. 27, 1889. —Petition of Himiona Tuhikaka.
Petitioners states that he leased a section of laud to a European, and be now wishes to sell the land to that European, and asks for authority to do so.
I am directed to report as follows: That, in the opinion of this Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.
