Petitioners pray that the boundary of the confiscated land may be removed off the Rangitatau No. 1 Block, as that block belongs to them, and they do not wish to have the confiscated boundary on their land.

I am directed to report as follows: That the Committee recommends that the petition be referred to the Government to make inquiries as to whether the petitioners suffer and injury in consequence of their alleged grievance.
