No. 350.—Petition of Tawhiri Te Wheteke.

Petitioner states that a block of land called Rawhitiroa, in the Wanganui District, was heard by the Native Land Court without being properly gazetted, in consequence of which she was unable to be present. She also complains that the Interpreter performed his duty improperly, and that the Judges did not give their judgment in the proper and ordinary way. She prays for a rehearing, or for such compensation as may seem just.

Report and date same as No. 48.

[Translation.]
No. 350.—Pukapuka-inoi a Tawhiri te Wheteke.

E inoi ana ia kia whakawakia tuaruatia kia whakaritea ranei tetahi tikanga ki aia i kitea ai he tika.
