[No. 338.—Petition of Ratana Ngahina and Others.]

Petitioners ask for a repeal of "The Crown and Native Lands Rating Act, 1882," so far as their lands are affected.

I am directed to report as follows:—

That, this being a matter of public policy, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
