All that piece of land at Te Rakau, bounded by a public road which forms one boundary of section No. 12, Takaka, two hundred and fifty links; thence by a line running into the bush four hundred links; turning thence at right angles two hundred and fifty links; thence four hundred links to the point of commencement. The area of the said piece of land being one acre, more or less, and which is more particularly defined in the map coloured pink which is drawn in the margin.
