At Awarua, on the fifteenth of the days of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four, the second payment has been made, that is, one thousand pounds have been received by us this day, having been handed over to by Walter Mantell, Esq., Commissioner for extinguishing Native Claims.
