Recipe for Apricot Yeast Liquer:

Take a quarter of a bottle of dried yeast and place in a large pot of water. Add half a pound of dried apricots and leave the whole outfit wrapped in a sleeping bag in a warm room for 24 hours. Serve in enamel mugs with a slice of wholemeal biscuit.
