Apple Sauce

Apple Sauce.

Four cooking apples, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon butter.

Peel, core and slice the apples, and place in a saucepan with water and butter. Stew to a pulp, add sugar and serve.
