I hereby certify that the publisher's lists and other records disclose the average circulation of the “New Zealand Railways Magazine” for the twelve months ended February, 1930 as in excess of 23,500 copies per month during the whole of that period, and that during the months of January and February, 1930, the monthly circulation has increased to 24,000 copies.

A Hearty Welcome to New Zealand. (Rly Publicity Photo) The members of the British Rugby team were given a warm welcome by a large gathering of Rugby enthusiasts on the occasion of their arrival at Wellington by the Rangitata on 14th May. The illustrations shew: (1) On board the Rangitata. (2) Messrs. J. Baxter (manager of the British Rugby team) and S. S. Dean (chairman of the New Zealand Committee) stepping down the gang way of the Rangitata. (3) and (4) The Rangitata and visiting footballers waving farewell to the ship. (5) On board the Rangitata, left to right, Messrs. F. Prentice (captain of the visiting team), S. S. Dean, J. Baxter and Dr. G. J. Adams (President, N.Z.R.U.) (6) Members of the team disembarking.
