Shadows

Shadows.

As a shadow passes
Through the slender grasses
When the soft winds blow
So I come and even so I go.
As a ripple shivers
Through the laughing rivers
When the swift birds fall.
So I sweep and even so
I call.
As a dew drop poses
On the vivid roses
When the moonbeams die.
So I gleam and even so
I sigh.
As a shadow passes
Even so do I.
