Recipes. — Peter Cooper Coffee Cake
Peter Cooper Coffee Cake.
Two-thirds cup sugar.
Two-thirds cup sweet milk.
2 tablespoons melted butter.
2 cups flour.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
Melt butter, add sugar, egg, milk, then flour sifted with a pinch of salt and baking powder. Bake in moderate oven for thirty minutes. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top before baking.
