St. Mary's Church
St. Mary's Church , Mornington, is a wooden building which did duty as the Caversham church for many years, before being removed to its present site. There is seating accommodation for 230 people, and the church possesses an organ and a surpliced choir. Adjoining the church is a Sunday school attended by a number of children. Mornington belonged to the Dunedin parochial district until 1900, when it was formed into a separate parish.
