In the Native Land Court, New Zealand.

In the matter of the Native land known as, and of an application to have the title thereto investigated.

I, Surveyor-General for the Colony of New Zealand, hereby apply that, in default of an approved plan of the above land being placed before the Court on the hearing of the above application, the investigation of the title to such land may be proceeded with upon any map or plan tendered by me, or by my authority, for the purpose of such investigation, which the Court shall deem suffcient.
