Education for a Changing World... Men at work An Industrialist Recently said: "I want a young man with a good education who has initiative and personality and a readiness to accept responsibility. I think he should be capable of writing clear, lucid English and be able to learn something about handling men." That's a good description of a young man who has been well-educated for a mid-twentieth century working world. It is a good description also of the person Mobil needs, whether he has a Commerce, Science or Arts degree. An organisation is only as good as its people.
