Of the Standing Committee of the Synod of the Diocese of Waiapu, for the interval between the9th. day of January, 1863, and the 2nd. day of March, 1864.

The only business transacted by tie Committee during the past year has been the appointment of Henare Potae on the 27th. day of April, 1863, to be Churchwarden for the Parish of Tokomaru.

Appended is an account of the state of the different Parochial Endowment Funds.
