Family Darcythompsoniidae

Kunz (1978) describes a specimen that he believes to be the previously unknown male of Leptocaris minimus Jakobi. This male has P.1-P.4 Enp.2 with 3:3:3:2 setae and lacks a seta on P.3 Enp.1. Although Kunz was unable to examine the female he is convinced that the additional small setae illustrated by Jakobi (1954) are only accessory spinules. Therefore, the codon in KGG 1 (p.37) must be amended to read — a/a/4:4/0:0:0:0/3:3:3:2. A note that the male of this species has now been described should be made under General Notes (p.39).
