Comment on Antarctica New Zealand's HSE culture.

Is Scott Base a comfortable environment where personnel feel confident and safe? In my opinion, Scott Base provides a very comfortable and safe environment. This could be improved further by empowering staff and visiting groups with a higher degree of personal responsibility and by further reducing generalised rules (for example what to wear) and unnecessary signage around the base. |
