This Month's Fairy Tale.

Once upon a time there was a mysterious League of Elders whose aim was to see to the Good and Welfare of Others. And this League had a favourite pastime of reprimanding youthful students who to their august eyes seemed an unruly, worthless mob. And by and by these students said "Gosh! We must be 'real bloods' and 'young devils.' Let us live up to our reputation!" And great was the sorrow of the Elders.
