We read in "Canta's" report of Tournament Athletics: "It was rather surprising that Victoria got away with the relay."
We can only suggest that since V.U.C. won if in the time of 3 minutes 44 3-5th seconds, which we are given to believe is a record for the Tournament, that it was because their opponents could not have been fast enough.
