Congratulations to Mr. Arthur Fair on being elected Graduates' representative on the College Council. Mr. Fair is one of the prewar graduates and has for two or three years been President of the Graduates' Association. Moreover he is still a student and a keen member of the Tramping, Dramatic, and Tennis Clubs. He has thus all the qualifications that experience at the College can give; and when we remember his never-failing interest in all University activities and the care and ability he has always been ready bestow on them, we feel that the graduates have found an exceptional representative.
