General Directions.
The voter must stike out the proposal which he does not wish to be carried.
If the voter strike out both or fails to strike out one of the proposals, the voting-paper will be void.
The voting-paper so marked is to be dropped by the voter into the separate ballot-bos prepared for it, and not into the same box as that in which he drops his electoral ballot-paperr.
The voter is notallowed to take his voting-paper out of the polling-booth.
