The Orchard.
1. | All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood, more or less, and known as "The Orchard," situate in Block I., Waimata Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 1 of Block I. aforesaid, 838 links: towards the east and south-east by a road 100 links wide, 100 links and 1595 links; towards the south-west by a line, 844 links; and towards the north-west by a lagoon: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. |
Reserve in the Motu Survey District.
2. | All that parcel of land in the Motu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1752 acres. Bounded on the south by a reserve for Arapera and Rangikohua, 19572.6 links; on the west by a line, 4915 links; on the north by a line bearing 64º 37', about 136 chains to its intersection with the Gisborne-Opotiki Road; thence bounded south-westerly by the aforesaid Gisborne-Opotiki Road, about 68 chains in a north-westerly direction generally; thence bounded north-westerly by a line, about 94 chains, bearing in a north-easterly direction to its intersection with the Rangiriri Stream; and bounded on the north-east by the aforesaid Rangiriri Stream to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. |
