His Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that the following claims of land in this colony have been referred to the Commissioners appointed under the Ordinance of the Governor and Council of New Zealand, 4 Victoriæ, No. 2, being in addition to the claims notified in the Government Gazette in New South Wales, as referred to the Commissioners appointed under the Act of the Governor and Council of that colony on the 9th November, 1840, and on the 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th March, and 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th April; and in the Government Gazette of this colony of the 18th August, and 13th, 20th, and 27th October, 20th November, and 1st, 15th, and 22nd December, 1841.

Parties are reminded that before such claims can be investigated they must pay to the Commissioners a fee of five pounds, as prescribed by the Ordinance.
