Memorandum. I have sold to Mr. Hart all that piece or parcel of land situated at Epsom 1844. 3 June.Epsom. Bounded on the West by the land sold to Mr. Wood, on the East by the land Boundaries. of Mr. Other and Mr. Robinson, South by the land of Mr. Hart and on the North by the land of Mr. Hart for which I have received the consideration of Twenty Pounds Receipt for £20. Dated this 3rd day of June 1844.
