By this Deed shall all men know that we have received from Mr. Fairburn Twenty 1839. 14 December.Ihaka's receipt. Blankets, Six Iron Pots, Twelve Tinder Boxes, Six Spades, Six Hatchets, Six bars Soap, Six knives, six Plane irons, Six Fancy Pipes, Five Scissors, Two boxes, Six Shirts, Six Trowsers, One Grown, Ninety pounds Tobacco, Six Adzes, Twelve Hoes, Twelve Axes, as a full payment for all our portions of land, rivers, trees, or any other thing written in this Document, on the Fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Thirty-nine.
