Transfer from Butterworth and
Fitzsimons to James Clendon.

1835. 14 July.Transfer to Clendon. We the undersigned transfer the property mentioned within this paper, on
the reverse hereof to James Clendon
for consideration of the sum of Twenty-one Pounds Sterling which we acknowledge to
have received.
