The extent of the said land being three thousand (3,000) acres more or less and being known by the native name of Matako Kokopairoa. Boundaries—the River of Pairatahi Boundaries. proceeding to One Wero Wero, the Waimatapo, proceeding to the Pera. The following Articles have also been received by us Nopera Panakareao &c. as payment for the said Receipt. Land, namely, One Cask Tobacco, one thousand six hundred pipes, three pounds money. The total value in money being twenty-eight pounds (£28).
