1859. 7 July.I have received from Mr. McLean the sum of Thirty pounds
(£30) for my lands theKaweka & Upper Mohaka. boundaries of which are described in this paper.
Receipt for £30. The boundary begins at Makahu and runs to Aniwaniwa thence to te Pateaha
andBoundaries. over to the other side reaching Makino, thence to Mohaka and follows the
Mohaka to the embouchure of the Makahu at Rangikapua.
When the surrey is finished, the balance shall be settled that is to be paid for this land, which has been sold on this 6th day of July in the year 1859.
