1859. 9 June.Received from Mr. McLean the sum of Fifty pounds on account of my lands whichMangamate. are soon to be sold to the Europeans i.e. for the Ate-a-Manuwhiri coming down toReceipt for £50. Mangatiheke, to Mangamate, Pukikihiao, and back to Ngawhakarara The final arrangements for these lands to be fully discussed by all the people of the Tribe when the balance of the price of these lands belonging to myself and my relatives is to be fixed.
