Pounds, this is a first payment on our land at Te Tipua, When this land is surveyed theTe Tipua. payment will then be arranged. The boundary of the land commences at the "Waka-Receipt for £20, advance. rauatumaiteuru" thence to the "Huruparera" thence it turns and runs along the boundary of the land ceded to the Queen to the "Ruamahanga" and on to Wakarautu-Boundaries. mai-te-uru.
