Received by us on this day the Twenty fourth (24) day of December in the year
one1853. 24 December.Part Of Wilson's Run. thousand eight hundred and fifty three the sum of one hundred pounds
(£100) for the land of Unuunu and all the way to the Kaiwhata river and on inland
to the boundary of the land as sold by Wereta Kawakairangi that when this land has
been surveyed andReceipt for £100, first instalment. looked over the final payment shall then be agreed to.
