And we whose names are written underneath on this side of the marginal plan do approve of and confirm the act of Manihera te Rangitakaiwaho and Wiremu Kingi Tutepakehirangi in their gift of the said land (here colored red) to the Queen of England this thirteenth day of December 1873.
