Native Lands Act 1865 and Native Lands Act 1869.
District of Manawatu, Province of Wellington, Pukehou No. 1 Block. 1873. 19 May.

At a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand at Waikanae in the said District on the 19th day of May 1873 before John Rogan Esquire Judge and Hemi Tautari, Hare Wirikake and Mitai Pene Taui, Assessors.

It was ordered that a certificate of the Title of Eru Tahitangata, Tereturu, Akapita Certificate of title ordered. Tahitangata, Haikema, Te Raika, Te Hiwi, Aterea, Te Teira, Kepa Pataua and Te Wiata to a Parcel of Land at Pukehou in the District aforesaid, containing by estimation 1685 acres and known by the name of Pukehou No. 1 be made and issued to the Governor when the said parties shall furnish a proper survey hereof and that whenever the said Land is granted by the Crown the legal estate therein shall be made to vest in the Grantees on the 19th day of May 1873.
