At a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand held at Otaki in the said District1874. 22 April. on the 22nd day of April 1874 before John Rogan Esquire, Judge, and Enoka te Whanake Assessor.
It was ordered that a Certificate of the Title of Hapi Te Rangitewhata, Te Karaha,Certificate of title ordered. Huia Karaha, Metera Karaha, Pirimona Puhikaru, Hakaria Te Wera, Wireti Ruinui, Puhi Wahine Karaha, Ramari Hura, Ahenata Hapi, Aboriginal Natives to a parcel of land at Otaki District aforesaid containing by estimation One thousand nine hundred and thirty three (1933) acres and known by the name of Ngakaroro No. 2b be made and issued to the Governor when the parties shall furnish a proper survey thereof and that whenever the said land is granted by the Crown the legal estate therein shall be made to vest in the Grantees on the twenty second day of April 1874.

Witness the hand of John Rogan, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 22nd day of April 1874.
