Auckland,
10th Decr., 1861
We have received from Mr. Rogan the sum of Seven Pounds, Ten
shillings, for the 1861. 10 December.
Tipare. piece of land which was excluded from the survey of Okaka. Tipare is the
name of that Receipt for £7 10s. [54 acres.] piece and it contains fifty four (54) acres.
