January 20th, 1863
I have received this day from Mr. Rogan for the Government;—the
sum of seven 1863. 20 January. hundred and fifty pounds; this is an advance on land at Kaipara the name of
the block Ararimu. is Ararimu, but the survey of the boundaries is not yet complete but the
payment Receipt for £750, advance. agreed upon per acre is four shillings.
