1854. 4 May.We Ngatitahinga have received the sum of £30 as an earnest for a
portion of our Karoroumanui. land at Karoroumanui which we are selling to Victoria the Queen of England.
Receipt for £20, deposit. In testimony whereof we hereunto affix our names this fourth day of May.
