This Deed made the seventh day of December One thousand eight hundred and 1870. 7 December.Coromandel District. seventy Between the within named Kapanga Te Arakuri and Makoare of the one part and Her Majesty Queen Victoria of the other part Witnesseth that in consideration of One hundred pounds paid by Her Majesty The Queen Victoria to the said Kapanga Parangu No. II. Te Arakuri and Makoare (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) the said Receipt for £100. Kapanga Te Arakuri and Makoare Do and each of the Doth hereby convey assure release and surrender unto Her Majesty Queen Victoria. All that piece or parcel of land known by the name of Parangu No. 2 and particularly mentioned and described in the within written Deed of Grant Together with all the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging To hold the same unto Her Majesty Queen Victoria Her Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said parties have hereunto subscribed their names the day and year aforesaid.
