1847. 21 December.Te Tiki No. I.Know all men that I hare agreed to give up entirely the piece of Land called the Tiki to the Queen of England (that is to the Governor of New Zealand) for the sum of Boundaries. eleven pounds ten shillings sterling The boundaries are these on the North the Sea, on the East the Land of Te Reweti, on the South a Road and on the West a Stream.
Receipt for £11 . 10. Received the money for this land which is given over to the Queen.
