This Deed made the eighteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and seventy 1875. 18 March. Bay of Plenty District. five Between James Bannatyne Graham in the hereto annexed Memorandum of Agreement described of the one part and Her Majesty Queen Victoria of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds Ta Patae. paid by Her said Majesty to the said James Bannatyne Graham (the receipt whereof Receipt for £150. is hereby acknowledged) He the said James Bannatyne Graham doth hereby assign transfer and release unto Her said Majesty All that the said hereto annexed memorandum of agreement and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever at law or in equity of him the said James Bannatyne Graham, thereunder together with the benefit of all the covenants and agreements therein contained. To Hold unto Her said Majesty her successors and assigns absolutely. In Witness Whereof the said James Bannatyne Graham hath hereunto subscribed his name and affixed his seal the day and year first before written.
