Notice by the Inspector of Surveys. All the lands within the original confiscation boundary at Tauranga with the exception only of the block confiscated and surveyed at Waimapu and Wairoa and of the Katikati purchase, will be returned to its Native owners who will be free to let or sell it as they please.
