Lease to Thomas Morrin, Auckland.

We the undersigned do and each of us doth hereby agree to please unto Thomas Morrin his heirs executors and assigns for the term of twenty one years to be computed from 1873.Lease to Thomas Morrin. the date of the issue of Certificate by the Native Lands Court All that piece or parcel of land situate on the East bank of Waikato and known by the name of Te Rua Kokoae bounded as described in the schedule hereto. Yielding and paying rent at the rate of Five pounds sterling per annum for each and every one thousand acres contained until such time as the said Thomas Morrin his heirs executors or assigns shall stock said land with sheep and at such time the said Thomas Morrin his heirs executors or assigns shall pay an additional Five pounds stg. p. annum for each and every one thousand acres contained in the said block of land.

And we further agree that so soon as the said land shall have passed through the Native Lands Court we will when called upon so to do sign and execute to the said Thomas Morrin his heirs executors and assigns a good and valid lease of the said land on the terms herein contained In Witness Whereof we have hereunto signed our names this day of one thousand eight hundred and seventy three at

Boundaries. The undermentioned boundaries include the above mentioned block Te Rua Kokoae Huihuitoha Te Mara-o-Karaka Te Waipuna Kota awa-o-Waikato tetehi rohe.
