We, the undersigned, Investment Shareholders of the Manawatu Permanent Equitable Building and Investment Society, do hereby certify that we were present at a Special General Meeting of Shareholders of the said Society, held at the Public Hall, Palmerston North, on Saturday, the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight, and that the foregoing Resolutions were then unanimously passed.
