Area, 13 6-10 perches. J. B. Watson, £30,800. £517 12s. 10d. per foot frontage to Bourke-street. £362,605 per acre.

Dec. 4, 1873.—Hall of Commerce and other buildings, Collins-street (the half-acre cost in first instance £23). Land, 87 feet frontage, by irregular depths, 110 feet to 156 feet 9 inches.
