Terms of payment Cash deferred payment or perpetual lease, a applicant's option.
First Class.
Improvement conditions, compulsory under deferred payment lease systems. 1/16 to be cultivated Ist year 1/5 to be cultivated 2nd year ¾ to be cultivated within 4 years The whole to be fenced and substantial improvements to value of at least £10 per acre within four years. ½6 to be cultivated 1st year 1/16 to be cultivated 2nd year 1/5 to be cultivated within 4 year Also within six year permanent improvements must have been effected to value of £1 per acre.
