In exercise of the authority conferred on me by the 53rd section of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," I the I undersigned, Chief Judge of the said Court, do hereby appoint a sitting of the said Court to be held at_____, on the_____, day of_____, 189. And I do hereby direct that, in exercising its jurisdiction under Part III., or Part IX., of the said Act, the said Court shall consist of one Judge and one Assessor, unless and until some further order in that behalf be made.
